Charges for Estate Planning are on a Set Fee basis.

Specific documents will be recommended at the initial consultation to best serve clients’ unique needs. Each document will be explained and the corresponding fees discussed.

All fees include document preparation and execution, planning conferences within two months of the initial consultation, and notary services. Clients are encouraged to ask questions throughout the process and are never charged for time spent answering them.

Prospective clients are welcome to speak with us before scheduling a meeting. For a more detailed discussion, there is a charge of $250 for a consultation with Attorney Loftus. This initial conference lasts about an hour and a half and includes professional recommendations and a wealth of information.

A typical set of basic estate planning documents (A Simple Will, Health Care Directive, Durable General Power of Attorney for Finances) costs approximately $600 for an individual and $1,150 for a married couple.

A Pour Over Will, A Basic Revocable Living Trust, Health Care Directive, and Durable General Power of Attorney for Finances will cost approximately $1000 for an individual and $1,550 for a married couple.
